High Threshold Alerts
High threshold alerts allow you to set a threshold that a sensor should not exceed over a given period or a specific time slot. They are unlimited and are sent by SMS/email.

Create a High Threshold Alert
- Click on "+ New".
- Fill in the fields:
- Alert name.
- Sensor/Virtual sensor concerned.
- Priority (High, Medium, Low).
- Data processing method
- aggregated: displays only the data actually measured without estimation. When the data returns, all the missing consumption is reported on the day of receipt.
- interpolated: displays continuous curves but uses estimated values by smoothing the consumption to fill in the data losses.
- Based on (type of period).
- Threshold: the threshold not to be exceeded (in liters for volumes).
- Custom message.
- Days of the week for the application of the alert.
- Recipients of the notifications generated by the alert.

Alert Tracking and Status
Once created, an alert is active by default. You can click on "Follow" or "Unfollow" to activate or deactivate notifications for this alert.
The Historical Events tab allows you to consult the history and status of triggered alerts.
Understanding Priorities
The table below summarizes who receives an alert according to its priority and the administrator's notification settings:
