Low Threshold Alerts
Low threshold alerts help locate a water point that has not shown consumption for too long. They are useful for detecting stagnant water or anomalies (e.g., an irrigation problem).
The alert is sent if the defined minimum consumption is not reached over the given period.

Create and Manage a Low Threshold Alert
The creation, modification, and deletion of these alerts work in the exact same way as for high threshold alerts.
You need to define a sensor, a priority, a threshold (minimum this time), and an application period.
